On Friday, December 9th the WCCC After School Program will host our 12th Annual Pajama Party at the Upham Elementary School. The idea behind this night is to help support families with loved ones who are receiving treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. The WCCC After School Program will be collecting gift cards in lieu of payment for this event. These cards will be given to the Jimmy Fund. The Jimmy Fund solely supports Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, raising funds for adult and pediatric cancer care and research to improve the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world. The cards will be used to help families pay for travel expenses, gifts, food, clothes and hygiene products.
