WCCC is a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors composed of parents, staff, professionals in the field of education, and members of the community. Elections occur each year in June and board members serve a two-year term. The Board meets at least four times each year, though committees may meet more often if needed. All members of the WCCC community are invited to attend board meetings.

Grady Campion, President
Grady Campion is an attorney at the law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. He maintains a diverse commercial litigation practice, focusing on areas including health care enforcement defense, complex business disputes, and shareholder and fiduciary duty litigation. Before joining Mintz, Grady worked as litigation associate at an international law firm based in New York and clerked for a federal district court judge in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Originally from Brookline, Grady attended Brookline High School, Oberlin College, and Duke University School of Law. Previously, he served as a member of the board of directors of the Boston Park League, America’s oldest amateur baseball league.
Grady moved to Wellesley in the summer of 2023, with his wife (Julia), son (Bennett), and dog (Carolina). Bennett enrolled in WCCC’s Blue Room in September 2024. I am thrilled to be a member of the WCCC community and I look forward to the opportunity to help advance WCCC’s important mission.
Maeghan Oberoi-Smith, Vice President
Maeghan Oberoi-Smith is a Product Management Consultant who built her career in the healthcare technology industry. She rose from a product manager to a product lead at Athenahealth before launching her work as an independent consultant. As a product leader, she specializes in: assessing product-market fit, guiding the end-to-end product development lifecycle from roadmap to delivery and forming go-to-market strategies including evaluating partner ecosystem opportunities. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Tufts University and her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Maeghan has two children enrolled at WCCC, one in the Early Childhood Program and one in the After School Program. She is so appreciative of the supportive environment WCCC creates to foster children’s learning, spark their curiosity and encourage them to build friendships. She is passionate about ensuring WCCC has a bright future ahead to continue this important work.
Nezha Mediouni, Treasurer
Nezha Mediouni is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvement. Over the course of her career, she has developed a strong foundation in financial stewardship, with a focus on accuracy, transparency, collaboration, and sound decision-making.
At Simon-Kucher, Nezha has played an important role in supporting the growth and evolution of the firm’s finance and accounting function. Her work has included strengthening accounting processes, supporting financial reporting, improving operational efficiency, and partnering with colleagues across the organization. This experience has given her a strong appreciation for the importance of clear financial practices, thoughtful planning, and responsible resource management.
Nezha is honored and excited to join the Executive Board of Wellesley Community Children’s Center as Treasurer. She looks forward to bringing her professional background, collaborative style, and commitment to careful financial oversight to support WCCC’s mission and long-term sustainability.
Outside of work, Nezha enjoys being outdoors, running, and traveling.
Patty Pytlik, Secretary
Patty Pytlik is an experienced private equity real estate investment professional, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with a proven track record of closing approximately $2.4 billion in institutional transactions across multifamily, life sciences, hospitality, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets. She brings deep expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, development, capital structuring, and asset repositioning, having held roles at Goldman Sachs and other prominent national private equity firms.
Her career spans a wide spectrum of investment strategies including core, core plus, and value add across key markets such as Boston, New York, New Jersey, the Carolinas, and Atlanta. Known for her ability to lead complex investments and deliver results, she has built a reputation for driving strategic growth, unlocking value, and generating positive returns.
Beyond her investment career, Patty is the founder of SMILI, a children’s social emotional learning platform designed to support emotional regulation and resilience in children and caregivers. She is a 2025 Entrepreneurship Award recipient at Babson College, where she earned her MBA magna cum laude and was named a Frank and Eileen Leadership Scholar. Patty is passionate about mentorship, social impact, and building ventures that create lasting value across sectors.
Eric Fudeman, Member at Large
My name is Eric Fudeman. My wife Sarah and I have three children. Our youngest is currently enrolled in the early childhood program and next year will be proudly enrolled in the Hunnewell after-school program. I am a CPA and have been working in accounting and taxes for 20 years. I graduated from UMass Amherst and received an MBA from Babson College not long after settling in Wellesley. I am excited to contribute to WCCC on the Executive Committee to support the staff and teachers who continue to make WCCC the wonderful place it has always been. There will be challenges ahead and I am looking forward to working with the board members, staff, teachers and parents to make WCCC the best place for all children.
