Supplies Needed:
Tin foil, Sharpie Markers, Washi Tape, Doodle template (see below)
Steps Required:
Step One:

Pull out a sheet of tin foil and carefully flatten it on to a surface

Tape the sheet of foil on using Washi tape
Step Two:

Using a Black Sharpie, carefully doodle a loopy line around your paper, overlapping and swirling it around the page

Use one of the Doodle templates if you need loopy line drawing inspiration
Step Three:
-
After the Black marker dries, use colorful Sharpies to color in the sections
