<p>Email a copy your completed application to <a href="mailto:kenrollment@wcccwellesley.org">kenrollment@wcccwellesley.org</a>.</p>
<p>Mail a paper copy of your application along with your non-refundable application fee to our business office. Please make checks payable to ‘WCCC’ and mail to: WCCC, 106 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02481.</p>
<p><strong><em>Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis with priority given to Wellesley and Babson College faculty and staff through March 1.</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Spots are not guaranteed until we have received your contract and $500 non-refundable deposit.</em></strong></p>
<p>Submit your application and application fee.</p>
<p>After receiving your application we will generate your contract. Please sign and return your contract with your non-refundable $500 deposit to secure your spot for the 2021-22 school year.</p>
<p>In early August you will receive an request from our electronic registration system, UpBup, to complete your child’s enrollment packet. Please make a username and complete/upload the necessary forms.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">If your child has a life-threatening medical condition and/or may require medication while attending our program please contact us at <a href="mailto:kenrollment@wcccwellesley.org">kenrollment@wcccwellesley.org</a> to schedule a medication meeting via Zoom and arrange to drop off necessary medication. The Department of Early Education and Care requires us to maintain detailed emergency plans to protect your child’s health. These meetings must be completed by ____ in order to guarantee your child’s paperwork will be processed in time to attend our first day of school.</p>
<p>In late August we will be hosting an Open House for children to visit our school with their families. We’re already looking forward to it!</p>
