APPLICATION PROCESS
We accept applications year-round for our After School Program.
During the school year, we are open until 6 PM. We follow the Wellesley school calendar for holiday closings, snow days, and winter and summer vacation. We accommodate all early release days, and some additional days when schools are closed. We also offer programs during February and April vacation weeks. Vacation weeks are separately contracted.

ENROLLMENT
Parents/Guardians sign contracts for the school year. We require a non-refundable $300 deposit when contracts are signed. All children must have an updated Enrollment Packet (via UpBup) each school year.
START DATES
The WCCC After School Program offers enrollment start dates on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. The start date that you are offered will be dependent on when we receive your application, application payment and availability. In order to start, all paperwork (including Upbup enrollment forms, medication and IHCP plans)must be received by the following dates:
*In order for your child to be able to start with us at the beginning of the school year, all paperwork (including Upbup enrollment forms, medication and IHCP plans) must be submitted by August 13th. After this, the next available start date we will be offering is October 1st*

FINANCIAL AID
WCCC accepts Massachusetts state child care vouchers. If you have questions or if you believe you qualify, please call Community Care for Kids at (617) 471-6473 to get on the list for a voucher.
WCCC also offers some limited, need-based financial aid. To apply for this assistance, please complete our application form and provide all supporting documents listed. First consideration is given to those whose completed applications have been received by the date indicated on the form. The application process is confidential.
