APPLICATION PROCESS: Each year, we begin accepting applications on September 15 for the following September.  There is a $50 fee to apply. Applications are used as our waiting list in the event that someone leaves during the year.

ENROLLMENT: Once offered a spot, parents sign a contract for care from the Tuesday after Labor Day through the end of August.  In the infant and toddler rooms, there are 2, 3, or 5-day option for enrollment.  In the preschool rooms, the options are 3, 4, or 5 days.  Parents set an arrival and departure schedule that matches their needs.

TUITION: WCCC’s Board of Directors sets tuition rates in December each year. Please contact us at enrollment@wcccwellesley.org for additional information.

FINANCIAL AID: Wellesley College provides $40,000 in financial aid to college employees whose children are enrolled at the Early Childhood Program. Application process is confidential. A committee of people not associated with either college reviews applications.

Information about WCCC’s After School Program:

APPLICATION PROCESS: Applications are accepted throughout the year and children are enrolled, as openings are available.  Download our after school application form.

ENROLLMENT: In our After School Program, we enroll by blocks. A block is the three-hour period from 12 to 3 or from 3 to 6. We require parents to sign a contract for a minimum of two blocks per week, which must be on two separate days. Because every Wednesday is an early dismissal day for elementary students, a full time schedule is 6 blocks each week.

TUITION: WCCC’s Board of Directors sets tuition rates in February or March each year. Please contact us at enrollment@wcccwellesley.org for additional information.

FINANCIAL AID: Parents who believe they may qualify for financial aid should check the Department of Early Education and Care Web site.  Call the Community Care for Kids for more information and to apply for a voucher at 617-773-5860. WCCC offers limited, need-based financial aid. Parents who qualify for a state voucher must provide documentation that they are on the state voucher list before applying for financial aid from WCCC.  Please request a financial aid form to apply. Application process is confidential.
